ABC Service & Produktion GmbH is your contract manufacturer for special mechanical engineering.
The cutting of metal, plastic and high-performance ceramics (CNC milling parts and CNC turning parts), processing of thermoplastics, mechatronic components  and also assembly of mechatronic components and machines and are among our core competencies.

Our production line includes the following technologies:
CNC milling, CNC turning, plastic welding and bonding (plastic tanks, containers etc.), forming of plastics, ESD laboratory, clean room.

For programming our cutting machines (CNC Turning / CNC milling) we use the latest CAD / CAM technology for complex precision turning parts and precision milling parts. Due to this reason, we can produce complex CNC turning parts and precision milling.

Processing of thermoplastics: welding, bonding, forming (bending), polishing, turning, milling, etc.

In the field of plastic processing we cover the whole range from plastic welding and bending extends through to gluing, polishing, etc.

According to the specific needs of our customers, we produce turning parts, milling parts, plastic boxes or plastic tanks, view slides, viewing glasses, vision panels, vision windows, covers, etc. We also manufacture plastic boxes and plastic tanks.

Mechanical / mechatronic modules / machines & mechatronics

Beside CNC manufacturing (CNC turned parts and CNC milled parts) the field of mechatronics, cleanroom assembly of mechatronic modules / machines belongs to our core competencies. The clean-room assembly of mechatronic components takes place in our clean room of class 1000. Mechatronic components can also be assembled in the ESD laboratory.
